Joshua DeWitt brings over a decade of expertise in the food and packaging industry to his role as a seasoned Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Committed to delivering value and ensuring compliance with both US and international regulations, Joshua excels in cultivating enduring partnerships with established companies while utilizing his proficiency to drive business initiatives forward.

Upon earning his degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from UW Stevens Point, Joshua embarked on his professional journey in Regulatory Compliance at Bay Valley Foods (Tree House Foods), where he gained invaluable experience in ingredient approval and management. His introduction to TraceGains at Bay Valley Foods led to him spearheading the implementation of the TraceGains Supplier Management module. Joshua later transitioned to Red Arrow Products, where he successfully implemented TraceGains Supplier Management to oversee all ingredients and packaging materials. His tenure at Red Arrow saw him ascend to the role of Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, wherein he oversaw new product implementation, documentation creation, completion of customer questionnaires, and served as an internal regulatory expert.

Seeking to broaden his regulatory acumen, Joshua embraced a role at Amcor Flexibles North America, specializing in the food contact packaging industry.

 

In 2023, drawn by his passion for implementing TraceGains modules, Joshua seized an opportunity to join ESB Compliance Partners. Here, he channels his expertise to assist companies grappling with ingredient and packaging data management challenges, effectively bringing order to chaos.

Outside of work, Joshua finds solace at his cabin in Northern Wisconsin, indulging in activities such as kayaking and cherishing quality time with his family.
